Sunday 935PM Eastern (635P Pacific):  Salena Zito, Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, and  Lara M Brown, Villanova, in re: a measure of Ohio and Pennsylvania tonight, two days before the election. Salena has been speaking to Democrats in swing states for ten months; observes a momentum away from Obama: all the voters needed to see was that Romney was acceptable . Bucks County is a lot of suburban white voters who voted for Obama in 2008.  Chester, Delaware and slightly Montgomery Cos, and Allegheny Co in the west, may mean a Romney win in PA.

Sunday 950PM Eastern (650P Pacific): John Taylor, Hoover, in re: what would a Romney recovery look like?  What would drive it?

Sunday 1005PM EDT (705P Pacific):  Larry Johnson, No Quarter, and John Fund, National Review, in re: a measure of Ohio and Florida tonight, two days before the election. The election: two ships of war, each under superb command. Provisional ballot: Ohio mailed everyone in the state applications for provisional ballots. Any absentee ballot that arrives after Tuesday in the mail , and also everyone who has a provisional ballot who  ___: that ballot is set aside for ten days; last time, had over 200K that had to be set aside. We can guess that at least 200K votes will have to be counted ten days late.  Today at Miami-Dade they tried to lock the doors on voting; screaming, tumult.  Obama tried to demonize Medicare for elders; Ryan inoculated himself. People now think that Obama has taken funds from Medicare. In the northwest corner, the Panhandle, of Florida: the military part is enraged over Benghazi.  Enormous intensity – white hot. Eke the intell community: parade of news to CBS and Fox.  Watch Romney over the last few weeks: very likable, very upbeat. One of the keys to his success: he's somewhat endeared himself in Florida to the non-Cuban Latinos -  Salvadorans. Nicaraguans, Puerto Ricans. Why was Romney spending Sunday night in Bucks County?

Sunday 1020PM EDT (720P Pacific): Larry Johnson, No Quarter, and John Fund, National Review, in re:  Narberth, Montgomery Co, replete with gem Victorians, solidly blue. In 1948, Harry Truman had a successful nominating convention there; Romney goes in on Sunday – is this a head feint, or does he have a chance?  Mitt Romney is sort of a Northeast republican, so is a fit for there.  City is trying to get out the vote while having it recover from the hurricane. Probably can't to everything at once.  In Bethesda, in 2008 everyone had Obama lawn signs; now Romney signs outnumber Obama four to one. People don’t think he's a troglodyte who'll force women into backroom abortions.  Obama Administration has just proffered significant coal-industry regulations, which will alienate a lot of western PA. Two ways to steal a state: surprise, or street money. Some Philadelphia wards traditionally have 104% turnout! I heard a metric today: If the Redskins lose a home game before an election, the incumbent loses. "My grandfather would crawl out of his grave to vote in this." "If he lived in Chicago, he could."

Sunday 1035PM EDT (735P Pacific):  Nicholas Wapshott, author, Keynes Hayek; also of the Keynes-Hayek debate at the Hoover Institution, in re:

Sunday 1050PM EDT (750P Pacific):  Karen Hooper, Stratfor, in re: What's wrong with Argentina?

Sunday 1105PM EDT (805P Pacific): Richard Epstein, Hoover, in re: Michigan Proposition 2 to protect public unions from Wisconsin; 1 of 2

Sunday 1120PM EDT (820P Pacific): Richard Epstein, Hoover, in re: Michigan Proposition 2 to protect public unions from Wisconsin; 2 of 2

Sunday 1135PM EDT (835P Pacific): Ken Croswell, author, The Lives of Stars, on Andromedid Shower returning - and will again in 2018. What is it?

Sunday 1150PM EDT (850P Pacific):  Mary Anastasia O'Grady, WSJ, in re: Ben Bernanke: currency manipulator.

Sunday/Mon 1205AM EDT (905 Pacific): Russ Roberts, Hoover, in re: responses to Romney's and Obama's plans for the economy: what will work and what's hooey? 1 of 2
