Hour One
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block A: Claudia Rosett, Women’s Independent Forum, in re:
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block B: Jeff Bliss, Pacific Watch, in re:  Homeless move outside the California cities to  the suburbs, or wherever they can't be dislodge.  Gasoline costs are staggering with taxes, some of which the politicians can’t even identify.  “No idea what that one’s for.”  Last week, San Francisco used huge boulders to prevent homeless from camping on sidewalks; this week, they're gone.  It’s not just homelessness, it's drug addiction. If you’re busted eight times for drugs, you can be carted off to hoosegow.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block C:  Sebastian Gorka, America First radio,  and author, The War for America’s Soul, in re:  Just landed form a long-haul flight to Rome with Secretary Pompeo; on landing, I saw amazing sound bites of the president. He never backs down; has a spine of rebar.   Nancy Pelosi, takes as [serious] allegations by  an unknown person, whose  information came from unknown persons. There doesn't exist an “impeachment investigation.”  If this ever gets to the Senate, they don't have a supermajority.  We’ll be able to summon whomever we want, including Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden. It’s not a conspiracy theory when you have incontrovertible proof; Hunter Biden has no background in energy, finance, or anything relevant to his $50K/month from the board of Burisma in Ukraine or $1.5 bil from the Chinese state for his just-formed hedge fund. And his business partner, John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz. [https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7519043/Chris-Heinz-split-busin... The Four Horsemen of the Democratic Apocalypse. Biden is basically out: it's now Elizabeth Warren’s to lose.  With 397 days left, there are at lest 30 Dem Congressmen in districts that Trump won.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 1, Block D: Sebastian Gorka, America First radio, and author, The War for America’s Soul, in re:  DS 17 and a MIRVd rocket in the Chinese parade; not a peaceful power celebrating its seventieth birthday.   I predict no trade deal: the Chinese don’t understand who Donald Trump is, but this saber-rattling is for China’s neighbors. Part of One Belt/One Road: purchasing key European infrastructure, such as ports, and which Euros no longer can afford and China will a pay cash for.  Elizabeth Warren would accommodate Xi Jinping still thinks he can pull the  wool over the eyes of one of the most successful businessmen of all time.
President connects at a visceral, organic level with working-class America, the forgotten men and women who were so accurately described in Hillbilly Elegy.
Does Liz Warren who lied about her ethnic background to get a $400K job at Harvard think she can connect with steel workers?
Yes, he’s having fun, he enjoys the tension, feeds on the political theater. Since the faux impeachment announcement he’s raised $125 million, an all-time record, while the DNC owes more than it’s raised.
If the silent majority was key in 2016 – it was – under this excellent economy can the GOP and RNC get those people to the polling stations? That’s the only question.

Hour Two
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 2, Block A:  Malcolm Hoenlein, Conference of Presidents,  in re: Israeli elections. Iraqi demonstrations: Thousands and thousands of people in the cities, not in Kurdish areas; tear gas, at last six dead, calling on the government to resign. Internet taken down. Demos generated not by Iran, but by the people. Last week, Rouhani was esp confrontational; refused to leave his hotel room when Macron arrived.  Suits Iranian domestic politics.  “Global mobilization of Islam”  to destroy Israel.  Converting short-range rockets into long-range missiles; have forty military facilities in Syria. Iranians wear Syrian mil uniforms.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 2, Block B:  Malcolm  Hoenlein, Conference of Presidents, in re:  A Rosh Hashana/New Year’s greeting from Iran, officially issued in Hebrew and Farsi to the followers of the great prophet Moses. Egypt, Morocco, and Central Asian nations also did.  Iran: missile cities deep underneath the mountains.  Hamas driving out remaining Christians – a few hundred in Gaza.  Also, Abbas won’t let a hospital be built.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 2, Block C:  Michael E Vlahos, Johns Hopkins; in re: The possibility that we’re in a civil war.   The society we inhabit is unraveling, unmoored. The normal attachments binding people together [is no longer]: among red, it’s angst of losing who we are; of blue, angst of a sense of things’ being almost meaningless as a culture moves from what it was into a kind of nothingness. The “progressive” element seeks to remake society as a whole; people feel at odds, naked, forlorn, in front of the future. That’s the foundation of the woke culture.  The anxiety-ridden blue feels that it must make a new religion/church so we can all be restored.  An existential divide that’s  marked revolutions worldwide – France, Germany, Spain, many others; all relate to a failure of the social compact. Two completely opposed visions. No one in Washington saw how the reframing of that war failed American expectations.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 2, Block D:  Michael E Vlahos, Johns Hopkins; in re: The possibility that we’re in a civil war.   If we are, what are the road signs?

Hour Three
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 3, Block A: Richard A Epstein, Chicago Law, NY Law, Hoover; in re:  Hunter Biden. Impeachment. Joe Biden as viceroy of Ukraine. The appearance of impropriety. “Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion.”
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 3, Block B:  Richard A Epstein, Chicago Law, NY Law, Hoover; in re: “Impeachment inquiry” [what is it?].
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 3, Block C:  Robert Zimmerman, BehindtheBlack.com, in re:  NASA slows down the development of America’s privately-built capsules, including demanding enormous amts of paperwork; but happy to use Russian rockets that have significant problems, from parachute failure during a landing to massive corruption. Also, the secret hole drilled in a rocket to sabotage the flight.   NASA would rather give more money to Russia than to US private space; US govt people don’t want to take risks for which they could be blamed.  . . .  Relativity is a small-sat builder, using 3D printing entirely.
Thursday 3 October 2019/ Hour 3, Block D:  Robert Zimmerman, BehindtheBlack.com, in re:  Hayabusa 2 – Japan’s pride and joy. Minerva. Bounce along the surface.  . . .
