This phrase was recently invented by Keynesians, who are now embarrassed by their earlier predictions. "Distinguished Ivy League, liberal economists" and their massive spending led to 2% growth–they’re blaming consumers and investors rather than their big-government spending. . . . David Plouffe has just gone to work for Uber to make the case for economic competition!

The discussion focussed on preparations for the upcoming meeting in Minsk on August 26 between the heads of the Customs Union member-states and the President of Ukraine with the participation of European Commission representatives. At Mr Lukashenko’s request, the Russian president informed him on the situation with the humanitarian convoy for residents of southeastern Ukraine, including the difficulties that have arisen with its delivery.
