The markets had a good first quarter, although the govt took a vacation.  Mfrg sector showed worry about the govt shutdown and China trade; slowdown in Europe and China.  S&P dividends were up 9.5% n Q1.  . . . New building and home sales picking up.  Housing demand is driven by household formation.  We’re still ‘way underbuilding housing.  Markets are within 2% of their all-time high.   FAANG, et al., may have regulatory or competition problems, but are profoundly growth stocks.
