Hour One
Wednesday 26 August  2020 / Hour 1, Block A:  John Catsimatidis, @JCats2013, @CatsRoundtable, Cats Roundtable and Red Apple Media; in re: What can we do to save New York? Have to wait till November 2022 for mayoral election. Can we bring in a federal monitor? Rikers Island, and bail reform: the fellow in charge of NYPD statistics: there are 4,000 in the Rikers jail, down from 10,000 several years ago. Many released were sex offenders or imprisoned for domestic abuse; one just went back and murdered someone.
Albany created bail reform n the middle of the night with zero input from the NYPD or any judge. These politicians are voting for criminals and against our citizenry. New York is now Dodge City.
Nine per cent of the national GDP is the New York region.  – controls policy and the military. The Democratic-controlled cities seem to be creating havoc in hopes that the Democrats will win the presidency.
       Overall, we’re alarmed.
Wednesday 26 August  2020 / Hour 1, Block B: Debra Saunders, @debrajsaunders, In re: Last night’s RNC convention.  John Ponder, former bank robber.  Richard Beasley, formerly of the FBI.
Wednesday 26 August  2020 / Hour 1, Block C:  David Maxwell @DavidMaxwell161, senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and Gordon Chang @GordonGChang, in re: Kim Jong-un’s sister Kim Yo-jang is now the second-most-important person in North Korea.  Now in Politburo, responsible for relations w South Korea and the US.  Head of Organization and  Guidance Department, most important; being groomed for succession.  Note also Kim’s uncle, who returned after 40 years in exile, returned in November 2019, but has neither power base nor strong relationships among the elite.   Veneration of Paektu bloodline. Kim’s health?  He’s overweight and smokes [and seems to drink].  We just don’t know his medical condition. Missile launches: the triple whammy: virus, natural disasters, ad collapsed economy—all internal crises. Were there to be a missile launch, maybe around October 10. “Hongcouver”

“A major warehouse facility under construction in Surrey is not just paving the way for more trade between B.C. and China. It could be helping pave Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road Initiative to Canada.  The massive $190 million, 470,000-square-foot complex, dubbed the “World Commodity Trade Center,” is a joint venture between a Chinese state-sponsored company and a local development firm. The centre, first conceived in Beijing, has four warehouses and two large exhibition halls — to be lined with Chinese and Canadian flags — strategically located in the Campbell Heights industrial zone between Vancouver International Airport and the United States border.”
The centre is purported to be one of several non-Chinese import-export facilities servicing a central commodities hub on the outskirts of Beijing, called Yanjiao International Trade City, being developed by brand company World Commerce Valley, a division of Hong Kong-based trading firm Shing Kee Godown Group. The centre is being developed through Canadian subsidiaries North America Commerce Valley Development Ltd. and Shing Kee Godown (Canada) Holdings Ltd. and in partnership with local development firm Pollyco Group.

In 2016, portrayed himself as a Democrat. Went to Washington, saw that his moral core was [more conservative]. Works for a foundation that provides service dogs for veterans.

ULA.  Roscosmos: Sea Launch (“a decade-long soap opera”): Russia now has control of the Sea Launch Floating Launch Platform.  Left San Diego stripped of most technology.  Russia now can launch anywhere in the world from the ocean.

Hour Three
Wednesday 26 August  2020 / Hour 3, Block A:  Andrew C McCarthy, Ball of Collusion, and Thaddeus McCotter, American Greatness, in re:  Charlie Savage, NYT: Andy used the word “task” for Carter Page instead of “operational contact.”  Savage is a superb reporter, concentrates on national security.  I said that Carter Page was a witting, official informant for the CIA while working in Russia. Savage homed in on: CI called this “operational contact.”   Pointed out that IG report saying that “tasking” is not permitted in this sort (operational intell) of relationship.  Very well; I rescind the word “task.”  Savage picked a tiny matter, used it to try to discredit Andy’s entire article.  . . . Page is a major part of the Steele dossier, using US natl security apparatus to surveille a large number of Americans from 2016 on.  The deception practiced by Clinesmith during Donald Trump’s presidency is a continuation of FBI deception,. On May 17, 2017, was transferred from FBI to Mueller.  Had Clinesmith not deceived, it would have exposed the [perfidy] of previous FISA warrants.   Would have crashed the Mueller investigation right there.

Wednesday 26 August  2020 / Hour 3, Block D: Alan Tonelson  @AlanTonelson  @USBIC1, independent economic policy analyst who blogs at RealityChek and Gordon Chang  @GordonGChang, in re: The entire offshoring lobby is confused by Trump’s trade wars. Its lobbying clout with current administration is practically zero. They feel confident in knowing that Biden might win. Both TikTok and WeChat have been used illegally to surveille Americans.  Decades of US presidents’s coddling Chinese invasive and illegal behavior.  Biden has a decades-long past of coddling China, “If we’re nice enough to China it’ll become a responsible player”—which it clearly has not and will not.
